About Erin and Helen:
-
Erin Scolaro
I thrive where the creative and logistics meet, and have a big picture mindset for problem-solving. I have two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, beginning in concerts and live events, then in television, as Senior Director of Brand Initiatives at Paramount Network / Viacom (now Paramount Global) in New York.
In 2020 I moved to Sweden, where I’ve been managing international productions across Scandinavia and Northern Europe. From directing non-scripted TV, line producing internationally, providing local producer/fixer services in Stockholm, and leading a team of producers as Head of Production. In 2024 I was Production Manager for the family feature film, Grevlingene(“The Badgers”) to be released Fall 2025.
I have produced promos, trailers, and short documentaries, conducted interviews, and worked on scripted and unscripted productions. I've also managed corporate events, brand strategy projects, and directed live-recorded and live events.

I’m a thorough and organized project manager with a roll-up-my-sleeves type of go-getter attitude who keeps the goal in mind when looking at all the details. As a quick thinker and great problem solver I really shine both on set and in pre-production when good solutions are required fast. What I value most are people, so I pride myself on being an excellent communicator.
I can rely on 17 years of working in media. As a production manager/fixer offering production services in Stockholm I have broad experience across a range of genres, including documentary, reality TV formats, commercials and news. I’ve also led a team of producers as Head of Production.
Prior to that I lived in Germany (where I also grew up) and worked in marketing and advertising. This equipped me with broad knowledge in commercial, corporate and advertising media production ranging from (live) events, print, online, to branding.
