What I did: This was a 12 day shoot for a scripted TV drama in and around Stockholm, and I, along with one producer, managed the service production supporting 50+ crew: hiring location managers, catering/craft, art dept, vehicles, equipment, vintage cars, boats, location permits including blocking streets, transportation, production offices, managing releases and payments for over 100 extras, and budget tracking for multiple departments.

What I did: I was on set for live-audience show tapings for 4 seasons, working with the EIC and Production Company to ensure network deliverables: promos, shoulder content, social, press, opening titles, guiding talent and reps, and putting out fires as needed.

What I did: I worked with non-profit organizations to develop a summer camp style filmmaking lab for high school students where they learned to develop, shoot, and edit their own documentaries inspiring social change. I was honored to produce film labs in Newark, New Jersey and Wind River, Wyoming. We even got to bring the students from Wind River Reservation ito Los Angeles to screen their films at the LA Native American Film Festival at the Chinese Theatre.

What I did: I was the local Fixer / Production Manager for a mini documentary and TV commercial about dog sled race champion and management coach Henrik Stachnau. I managed the budget and booked local crew and equipment suitable for a production in challenging snow conditions. For a crew of 18 I secured transportation, logistics, lodging and catering/crafty in a remote location.

What I did: I was the local Fixer for an employer branding video highlighting PUMA’s Stockholm location. I managed the production service budget and scouted, suggested and secured locations. I provided a schedule to make sure all locations could be filmed in a short time frame and coordinated with the locations. Speaking German, English and Swedish I ensured a smooth communication between the German crew and the Swedish contributors.

What I did: I was the local Fixer for two interviews with climate activist Greta Thunberg. The first one was conducted in person by talk show host Sandra Maischberger who traveled to Stockholm, the second one was conducted remotely via Skype for Titel Thesen Temperamente. I booked local crew, equipment and (eco-friendly) transportation and managed the budgets. I coordinated both recce and shoots. On the shoot day I coordinated with the two clients and managed the crew, ensuring both interviews could happen within the tight schedule. I provided creative input and managed the b-roll shoot that we also filmed on the same day.
